Historical restoration is a passion that began with renovating homes in Grand Rapids Heritage Hill neighborhood. This passion continues and includes endeavors such as the restoration of the former drinking water filtration plant (Clearwater Place) of the City of Grand Rapids located at 1430 Monroe which has been honored with the prestigious designation to the National Registry of Historic Places. Tremendous attention to detail is instilled in each project, from returning a building to its original grandeur – as was done to the Aldrich Place at the southeast corner of Ottawa and Monroe Center – all the way to the flowers, such as at the Landmark Loft Condos at 6 th Street and Monroe.
