Allegra Development began its first major industrial development for PTI Engineered Plastics in 1996. This was a 45,000 square foot industrial facility located in Shelby Township, Mich. Since then Allegra Development has been dedicated to designing and creating aesthetically pleasing, highly functional space for companies that provide a high level of value.

Allegra Development by design remains a small company that offers large capabilities. The primary goal is a hands-on approach with every project. By remaining lean Allegra Development can respond quickly to new opportunities. Careful analysis of in-house resources coupled with diligent management of outside expertise allow Allegra Development to effectively and efficiently handle the largest of projects.

As developers, we are constantly searching for properties in various locations throughout the metropolitan area. At any given time, Allegra Development has several properties to offer in various stages of the development process, such as site plan approval, wet land assessments, county drain enclosures, etc. All designs and construction is managed and excuted directly by Allegra Development, which provides clients the benenfit of maintaining a single source of communication throughout the entire project.
