Scope Of Work
Detroit Contracting, Inc. (DCI) was awarded as a Design/Build contractor for Pershing High School Kitchen Renovation & Upgrades project.
General Scope of Work included the architectural and engineering design for the renovation and upgrade of the existing kitchen facilities. Our design work included, but not limited to, selective demolotion, walls, slabs, flooring, doors and frames, acoustical tile ceiling system, lighting, electrical, visual & audible fire alarm system & smoke detectors, interior surface renovations, ADA accessibility and hardware, mechanical systems, kitchen equipment, plumbing, etc.
