Scope Of Work
Saladworks was a food court conversion project in Valley Mall. The owners had requested Northstar and several other contractors to provide a competitive bid on the drawings produced by their architect for the conversion of an existing facility into this national franchise. All of the bids that the owners received had exceeded their proposed budget based on the architect’s drawings. We looked beyond the drawings and had submitted an alternate proposal based upon a layout and plan that would allow reuse of key components of the existing facility and deliver a suitable facility below the owner’s budget.
