Scope Of Work
Casual Gourmet is an innovative facility that combines a coffee shop, a deli and a food/cookware store. This project was the owners’ first venture into the food service/retail construction, and Northstar worked closely with their architect to insure that both architect’s and Owner’s visions could be achieved within the parameters of their business plan. This included material substitutions and mechanical and electrical redesigns to provide cost savings to the owner.
