In 1985, Dave VanDyke founded Precision Construction as a residential and commercial contractor. Today the company has expanded to constructing luxury housing communities, shopping centers, office buildings, medical facilities, hotels, shopping centers, student housing, churches and other commercial spaces.

Our corporate headquarters are located in Highland, Indiana and serves as a location for all business operations, we are licensed in both Indiana and Illinois. Our company is known for the design and building of luxury homes. We pride ourselves in having the most reasonable price for our customers. In addition to high quality construction. Precision Construction has been involved in medium to large commercial projects including land planning and development.
