With more than 35 years of experience, Triumph Modular has worked with owners, architects and engineers to design and build custom modular buildings. As a turnkey specialty contractor, Triumph provides pre-construction assistance, budgeting, project schedule development and construction management services. Triumph is the leading specialty contractor for mobile and modular buildings throughout New England. We rent and lease high quality temporary buildings such as classrooms and we have a permanent modular construction division. Our focus is on raising the bar and elevating the design and performance of both temporary and permanent building space.

Our “Relocatable Buildings” division provides temporary space specific to the needs of our repeat customers throughout many industries.  Examples of temporary modular construction include construction trailers, office space, temporary school buildings and emergency housing.  It is our opinion that space can be efficient and innovative even when utilized short term.

In our “Permanent Modular Construction” (PMC) division we oversee and manage the design, fabrication and installation of permanent custom buildings.  Buildings are built to near completion in a factory and then installed on site, a process that is inherently less site disruptive than other forms of project delivery.  Our experience has moved in lock step with other early adopters of “modular” who together have arrived at today’s deepest understanding of the do’s and don’ts involved in this process.  Triumph’s permanent modular construction team members have over 95 years of combined experience with “Modular Buildings”.
