Scope Of Work

Stern Cardiovascular Center is a 55,000 square foot built-to-suite medical facility for one of the nation’s premier heart clinics. The facility houses diagnostic and treatment facilities that include Patient Examination Rooms, a Medical Laboratory, X-ray and Nuclear Camera Equipment, and a complete Medical Research Department. Also contained within the building are the offices for all Doctors, Medical Practitioners, Administrators, and Clerical Staff.
