Scope Of Work
Collins and Arnold were chosen to build out office space for Cumberland Mall owner, General Growth Properties. This office services numerous malls in the region. The 5,500 sf renovation included converting a day spa into office space complete with a break room and conference room. Finishes included leather and wood veneer wall covering, custom millwork and an audio visual system. Much of the work was done at night to provide minimum disruption and maximum safety to the mall’s employees and customers.
