Dan is Founder and CEO of Lone Rover Construction, an industry-leading construction services company specializing in commercial construction, renovations, tenant improvements, facilities maintenance, and emergency relief services. Under his leadership, Lone Rover has grown from a single office in Alpharetta, Georgia, to a nationally recognized general contractor and service organization, with offices in Raleigh, Chicago and Los Angeles, and headquarters in Alpharetta.

With over three decades of construction experience, Dan created Lone Rover Construction on a foundation of trust and integrity to fill a void that he witnessed in the construction industry. His business is uniquely equipped with an excellent team, and a simple philosophy of providing its customers with the right people, doing the right things, the right way.

A serial entrepreneur, Dan has owned several successful businesses including retail, commercial, residential, and multi-family properties.

Doug has spent nearly thirty years in the construction business and has extensive experience as a Project and Field Manager, including the management of over 2000 construction projects, ranging from manufacturing facilities, to clean rooms, industrial build outs, office, medical and retail space, and new construction, to retro-fits and remodels. As Executive Vice President of Lone Rover Construction, he is the Qualifying Agent and General Contractor for licenses in 43 states. In addition, he serves as Safety Officer, ensuring project safety compliance.

Prior to joining Lone Rover Construction, Doug was part of the management team at DD Construction, founded by brother, Dan Diebolt, in 1999.

Eddie Waltman has over 15 years’ experience in residential construction and 20 years of commercial construction. He has worked with Loner Rover construction for 17 years and has held such roles as Sub-Contractor to Senior Project Manager and is currently Vice President of Construction. In this role, he is responsible for the negotiation and competitive bidding of commercial contracts. His knowledge of construction and critical path project management along with the ability to coordinate schedules makes him a valued leader within our management team at Lone Rover Construction, Inc. Eddie is OSHA 30-hour certified and has also earned his MIC (Mold Inspector Certification).

His family resides in Louisiana. Eddie has a deep-rooted family history in construction where he was exposed at an early age. He learned cabinetry, homebuilding and construction and is continuing the family tradition.

Haley Burns began her career in construction in 2005 when she joined Lone Rover Construction.  As Director of Operations, she is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with the company’s clients and third party partners and has successfully contributed to the development and growth of the organization since its foundation.

Haley began her career at Lone Rover where she learned the dynamic aspects of construction business while obtaining her Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Kennesaw State University.

Haley is 30-hour OSHA certified, CPR Certified.  She is an Atlanta native, and enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 children.

Jason Hubbard joined Lone Rover Construction in 2017. He has over 25 years’ experience in the commercial construction industry and is versed in new construction and renovation projects. Jason started his career as a Project Manager, he has been promoted to Vice President of Construction. Jason has directly managed over $200,000,000 in renovation and ground up construction projects. Jason fosters an environment of teamwork that ensures strategies are clearly defined while overseeing performance and quality workmanship. Jason is OSHA 30-hour certified.

He is a graduate from University of Georgia and holds a BSBA in Business Administration and Management. He was born and raised in Forsyth county Georgia, where he resides with his wife and 2 children. The Hubbard family has a lifelong background in construction where today Jason is carrying on the family tradition.

Rebecca DeJardin joined Lone Rover Construction in 2007 and has worked in the accounting and financial industry for twenty years.  As Controller, she is responsible for all accounting operations, including taxes, licensing, compliance, and audits.

Rebecca has degrees in Accounting and Business.  She is devoted to her family and friends, and in her spare time enjoys spending time with her grandbaby and cheering on the Green Bay Packers.

Bill joined Lone Rover Construction in 2017 through a merger with, Buildouts USA, where he was the sole proprietor and multi-state commercial construction license holder.  As Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer of LRC, Bill leads the company’s sales, marketing and business development.

Bill’s entrepreneurial accomplishments have included several successful businesses comprised of an electronic manufacturing service, training, staffing and consulting company, as well as several construction businesses, one of which was land acquisition, development and construction.  His attention to customer service and his ability to build, manage and develop effective management teams are key factors to his success.  Under Bill’s leadership, each organization achieved multi-million dollar sales in less than two years.

Prior to his private sector experience, Bill served his Country as a United States Marine for 11 years, mostly in Marine Aviation.
