Scope Of Work

The project consists of upgrades to the Surfside Wastewater Treatment Facility, which includes all labor, material, equipment, services and construction inherent to the following work:

Construction of a new building enclosing the existing Head works structure, including a separate electrical room and associated structural, electrical and controls improvements.

Demolition and replacement of the three primary sludge pumps, grinders, valves, electrical and controls within the existing Primary Sludge Building.

Demolition and replacement of the draft pumps, Pre-Anoxic Mixers, including electrical and control components as well as structural modifications to the existing Advanced Treatment Tanks.

Modifications to the existing aeration piping and valves in the Advanced Treatment Tanks and Advanced Treatment Building.
