Scope Of Work
The Inman Quarter is a 300,000-square-foot mixed-use development in the heart of one of Atlanta’s most vivacious and eclectic in-town neighborhoods.
The complex is home to 167,000 square feet of multi-family space and 38,957 square feet of retail space, mixed with high-end restaurants and shops. There are 200 luxury apartments in the complex, ranging from studios to two bedroom townhouse-style apartments, which face a lake and greenspace at the property’s center. Additional apartment amenities include a modern pool with clubhouse, catering kitchen, rooftop amenity deck and lounge as well as centralized public greenspace.
