Scope Of Work
Moorefield Construction completed the redevelopment of Edinger Plaza located in Huntington Beach, CA. The 155,000 square foot retail center underwent building facade storefront improvements, seismic upgrades, new roofs for each retail storefront and upgraded electrical service. A vacant 25,000 square foot building was expanded to 47,948 square foot retail store for Dick’s Sporting Goods. Another vacant building was expanded to a new 34,000 square foot retail store for Nordstorm’s Rack. Michael’s underwent a shell expansion to 25,000 square feet. The
exterior of all other existing retail stores including Citibank and Petsmart were completely renovated. The project was completed for Watt
Properties in September 2012 and all tenants had their grand opening October 19th 2012
