Scope Of Work

Sammy’s Rockin’ Island Bar and Grill is a contemporary bar and grill, commissioned by Sammy Hagar. This restaurant build out was partially funded by the city of Roseville – we were invited to remodel a historic building in downtown Roseville. We collaborated with a local developer to create a concept that was the first of its kind for Sammy Hagar. The building was three stories, with frontage mezzanine and exterior seating. The entire building had to be brought up to local codes, along with meeting current structural load requirements before any tenant improvement construction could begin. The timeline and schedule were tight – the entire build out had to be completed on Sammy Hagar’s time line for his opening day concert. We worked closely with the city of Roseville for the duration of the project and the city inspectors helped us accommodate the tight schedule.
