Scope Of Work
Thunder Valley High Steaks outdoor Patio expansion. 1600 Square Feet, consist of 2 water features, one 27 feet in length with a 10 foot by 30 living vertical garden wall about it, 4 8 foot long fire features, Austrian red bark wood, tile and stone work. This is for their outdoor seating for the High Steaks Restaurant . We completed this project in 30 days, based on a napkin drawing, it was a design build, but the plans were done after we installed the work which was a new and unique way of doing a project. The architect was RMW out of Sacramento.
