| Sierra View General Contractor was selected by Cache Creek Casino Resort, (CCCR), to build the new Asian Kitchen and renovate the Kung Fu Fats kitchen. The multi-phase construction process renovated over 5,000 sf of existing restaurant and kitchen space. High end designs by Barry Design Associates fill the existing Loco Caliente restaurant with curved wood seating structures, stone bar tops & counters and provide several eye catching light fixtures with neon lighting. The new Asian Kitchen also displays an exhibition kitchen for special events and helps CCCR provide its guests with the quality dining experience they have come to expect. |
