Swank Construction, Inc. began in 1984 by founder and President Jerry Swank. A Cal Poly-San Luis Obispo graduate with an Industrial Engineering degree, Jerry brought many multi-faceted large private corporation experiences into his new venture. These capabilities have paved the way with business skills, construction methods and personal experiences to brand Swank Construction, Inc. with a style and class unusual for its day.

Swank Construction, Inc. holds the California General Contracting License (#559490) thus opening the door to both Class A General Engineering and Class B Building Construction contracting.

Swank Construction, Inc. has extensive commercial contracting experience in both private and public works construction. Building excellence has been demonstrated through quality craftsmanship in: banks, retail stores, office and industrial building improvements, design-build projects, as well as an established record of distinction in K-12 schools, libraries, and other public buildings.

Throughout the years Swank Construction, Inc. has built hundreds of projects in Vacaville and surrounding communities, many of which are highly visible and heavily used public facilities.
