Level 8 Construction is a small business, minority owned company, specializing in renovations and additions in a fast-track environment. We have completed many projects ranging from San Francisco General Hospital, restaurants, lounges, offices, condos, apartments to residential homes in prestigious neighborhoods. Our core competencies are in foundations, framing in steel & wood, electrical, plumbing, hydronic radiant heating, waterproofing, finish carpentry and painting.

We service architects, designers, engineers, realtors, investors, building owners, and other general contractors, always giving our best in construction site management and delivering a high quality product, completed on time and within budget.

Our team has grown from a three-man team to as many as 20 employees. The combined construction experience of our senior staff members and officers allows us to serve our clients as either Prime contractor or Subcontractor. We strive to maintain premium service with integrity and responsiveness to our clients' needs.

Level 8 Construction through the years has stressed a team approach, and we can start from conception of the project to the conclusion. We have many success stories in completing difficult and challenging projects requiring not only trade skills, but construction management skills.
