The project included a seismic upgrade and an addition to a 35,000 s.f. public school in the Piedmont Unified School District. Work included new pavement/blacktop for the recess/recreation area, new stairways, a kindergarten playground, and seismic repairs to multiple classrooms. This was a publicly bid, lease-leaseback job performed under the oversight of the Department of the State Architect (DSA).
