About

We here at East Coast have continued to be a leader in our industry in developing and implementing concepts and cutting edge technology to enable us to provide the owner with the best-valued project available.  Our expertise and proven system keeps cost to a minimum.  We have learned and developed strategies that on most projects enable us to recycle approximately 85-90% of the building components.

We have developed a coordinated system to ensure that once a project is turned over to us for demolition all required notification, disconnects and abatement is scheduled, performed and documented prior to demolition. Our time-tested system allows us to be able to respond and complete the tasks in the most efficient manner.  We own and maintain our extensive truck fleet and equipment so we do not have to rely and depend on others to coordinate and perform the work required by the client.

We strive and will continue to develop through hands-on expertise the most efficient methods when it comes to the tasks associated with demolition projects.

The business has grown over the past 35 years and currently operates out of a 20 acre facility located in Moyock, NC.  The location allows for a logistical advantage when working from Richmond, VA to Eastern, NC.

The facility houses a new 8,000 sqft office and over 9,000 sqft shop.  There is also a 5 acre stockpile and crushing yard, 5 acre salvage and storage yard, and the other 10 acres contain the shop and office.

The facility currently houses full sized excavators, doziers, dump trailers and dump trucks, and multiple service trucks and other various equipment.  We also have a variety of material processors and hammers.  Job prep and equipment maintenance is all done at our shop, providing costs savings and efficiency.  Please visit our website below for more information.
