With Mel Melilli’s 35 years plus of construction management and general contracting experience in Southern California, he is directly responsible for negotiating and administrating contracts, directing field operations and on-site supervision. He also establishes and manages budgets and cost reports, and prepares construction schedules for successful completion of our projects. Mr. Melill’s invaluable contributions toward our success are also amply demonstrated through his proven problem-solving skills, demonstrated good judgement, adaptability to accomplish any task, attention to detail, and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
