Other BEQ renovation projects recently completed by Pacific West Builders include a 3 story BEQ building at Naval Base Ventura, a 3-story BEQ at Travis AFB and a 3-story living unit at Naval Base Point Loma.  

Our experience with renovating BEQ’s has made us extremely knowledgeable in creating comfortable, yet durable, multi-living facilities for personnel away from home. The BEQ renovation projects have include renovating the bedrooms, bathrooms, lounge and recreational areas, laundry and vending facilities, administrative offices, fire life safety systems, new HVAC, plumbing, electrical and data and communication systems, site work, and reinstalling, or providing new, furnishings. The BEQ that Pacific West Builders is currently working on also requires extensive structural upgrades to comply with current seismic codes and anti-terrorism force protection requirements. The living units at Naval Base Point Loma included renovations to studio type units. The renovations create a comfortable away from home experience for the personnel quartered there, a home from home where they can look forward to returning to, relax, socialize and regroup after a strenuous day at work. The BEQ’s at MCB Camp Pendleton and Naval Base Ventura were constructed to comply with Anti-Terrorism Force Protection requirements.
