Scope Of Work

Located in the center of the occupied Ventura County Medical Center campus, this facility was constructed without interruption to existing hospital services. Bernards coordinated with all healthcare and support activities including emergency egress, food service, and ambulance and helicopter traffic to ensure unimpeded operations.
