Scope Of Work

The West Bundy project consisted of the renovation, seismic upgrade, and remodel of an existing four-story, 83,600 SF structure into a new nursing training center and administrative facility with an elaborate enclosed stair tower for the Santa Monica Community College District. To facilitate training for the upcoming nursing workforce, the third floor was devoted to a hospital mock-up area, complete with nursing stations, patient care areas, and the associated headwall units, medical gases, emergency call devices, and cubicle curtains. Nine teaching classrooms were created for training, along with an extensive administration area to oversee the facility.
