New 18,986 Medical Office Building. Building is type II-B, steel moment frame structure. The first floor is I2.1 occupancy, with infrastructure suitable for a surgery center. The site also has over an acre of parking and landscaping. Interior improvements of 18,986 SF of a medical office on the 1st and 2nd floor. Construction of new Kaiser RAD (Reimagining Ambulatory Design) concept MOB facility, including radiology, a pharmacy, and patient education training rooms.
