Pate Contractors is a full-service, Commercial General Contractor specializing in turn-key, ground up construction; building remodels and tenant improvements throughout Tucson and Southern Arizona. We believe in partnering with our clients to ensure that their goals are met and the highest quality project is delivered. With our outstanding team of superintendents, project managers and subcontractors we strive to not only meet, but exceed the expectations of our clients in every aspect of our work. Pate Contractors is owned and operated by Natalie Arzaga and Tim Pate, both of which have over 30 years of commercial construction experience. Pate Contractors is carrying on the traditions and ethics of Tim's late father, Herman Pate, the founder of Pate Contractors in the 1970's. Natalie runs the office operations and estimating; Tim is in charge of the field.
