Pathway Medical Technologies, a manufacturer of innovative medical devices, needed to move their manufacturing facility from Kirkland, WA to Coon Rapids, MN. This relocation required logistics planning to minimize downtime to manufacturing and production. Apex planned, managed and executed a five-phase relocation which included the custom crating of high-value technical equipment resulting in “0” loss or damage. This project required 24 hour monitoring and communication with all parties to ensure that the project stayed on time and on budget.
