Con Tech  specializes in structural building restoration and renovations. Concrete, steel and wood repair and/or replacement. We now are an authorized dealer for Grip-Tite Foundation Repair Systems.

We work with engineers who are experienced in the application, testing, and monitoring of structural repair systems. We take advantage of their expertise and they take advantage of our experience.

Con Tech Building Corp. is a State of Florida Certified General Contractor, license # CGC-062808.

Bob Brewer, its president has over 30 years of hands on experience, keeping projects "on time & within budget". We employ over 80 full time professionals, with years of experience.

Con Tech is recognized as an industry leader in structural repair, renovation and restoration. We provide services to Structural Engineers, Architects,  Government, Property Managers, Condo & Homeowner Associations and General Contractors.
