IHC, LTD. was established in 1999 and operates out of its main office in Norfolk, Virginia.  Our project area extends to the entire State of Virginia, eastern North Carolina and Southern Maryland.  We specialize in all types of concrete construction including formwork, post tension, elevated formwork, architectural concrete, tilt-up, superflat floors, foundations and flatwork as well as concrete renovation and rehabilitation.  In addition, we offer expertise in specialized areas such as helical pile installation, gunite and smaller marine concrete construction. 

Each member of our field management team has over 25 years experience in all phases of commercial and industrial concrete construction.  This extensive knowledge base allows us to provide high-quality, on-time production in the field, as well as value engineering and design assistance to your projects.
