Our Story

Kevin Nugent Construction has been in business since July 4th, 1973. In 1989, we became incorporated, and switched our focus from home building to union commercial/industrial/institutional work. KNC is owned and managed by the Nugent Family. KNC is affiliated and signatory with all local unions in the Kankakee/South Chicago land area.
