Beginning as a modest hardware store in 1917, Turek & Sons has grown into one of Chicago’s premier suppliers for the commercial contractor.  Today, our customer focus is concentrated in serving the restoration, tuck pointing, general and demolition contractors.

After spending the better half of the 20th century on Halsted Street in Chicago’s “Greektown” neighborhood, Turek & Sons moved into the burgeoning South Loop in 2003 to our present 40,000 square foot location.  And now with our proximity to Chicago’s downtown, we are able to provide unsurpassed service to the many contractors working in the city and beyond.

Turek & Sons has always been a leader in the distribution of the world’s top power and hand tool companies and that continues today.  However, as our business changes, we have forged new alliances with many of the construction supply industry’s top manufacturers.
