On the heels of over 40 years of success in providing the fitness market with quality surfaces, Fitness Flooring has been increasingly called upon to provide its flooring solutions to increasingly broader markets.  To better respond to the needs of our commercial clients, we have recently formed a new division, Florwerks, which is dedicated entirely to the needs of our commercial flooring clients.

Fitness Flooring gained its reputation first by supplying superior solid hardwood flooring for aerobic and group exercise.  Its floors are found in health clubs, community centers, YMCA’s, colleges, wellness facilities, government facilities and corporate fitness areas all across the Americas.  Because our floors were built to last, you will find that many of these facilities still have the flooring purchased from us, even many years later.

Along the way, the durability of our flooring became noticed by several large retailers, who began to utilize our hardwood floors in their outlets.  Our initial installations were in such major retailers as Levi Strauss, Children’s Place, and Restoration Hardware.  They recognized the quality of the products, and ease of installation that Fitness Flooring surfaces provided and realized that these products could easily translate into exceptional surfaces for commercial installations.

In recent years, we have further expanded our offerings in order to be more responsive to the needs of both the commercial and fitness markets.  Beyond the traditional solid hardwoods, we now offer rubber flooring, engineered hardwoods, and high end luxury vinyl planking. We continue to innovate and look for quality manufacturers to partner with in our constant search for superior products that meet the needs of our industry.  With direct factory relationships with manufacturers in three continents, we are able to source products that precisely meet our clients’ specifications.
