Scope Of Work
As the world’s largest sterling silver home party company, Silpada Designs knows about quality and value. We’re proud that they have seen the value in Rothwell Construction as well. RCI was selected as their contractor to facilitate the expansion of their growing administrative needs, as well as installing a new metal-smithing design studio, and the construction of a complete recording studio on campus. This project consisted of the buildout of 35,000 SF of high end first generation office space at their facilities in Lenexa, Kansas. This was the 2ndproject that the team of Jeff Vanderpool, Senior Project Manager and Cary Case Project Superintendent had completed for the prestigious retail outlet.
