Scope Of Work
JCCT is a pharmaceutical research firm that came to Rothwell Construction in March of 2010 to remodel a building they purchased so they could move in by July 1st of 2010. The project consisted of an interior demolition and remodel of 8,000 sq ft of the existing structure. In just over three months Rothwell Construction was able to secure the required city building permits and finish the remodel work allowing JCCT to move from their existing space before their lease was up. Bob Richards as the Senior Project Manager with Terry Winter the onsite Superintendent in Lenexa, Kansas.
