 All West Surface Prep has been a leader in the concrete flooring surface prep since 1990 when we consider All-West Contractors Services became All West Surface Prep in June of 2004.  We have been restoring concrete floors for 24 years. We have cleaned, scraped, remove bonding material like glues, thin-set, mastics, and coatings all along the Front Range and into the mountains.  We have done jobs all over Colorado and in the six surrounding states.

All West Surface Prep (AWSP) has always cleaned concrete so it can be used again.  Over the years we have accumulated more equipment, experiences, and manpower to handle virtually any project in this catagory

In 2005 AWSP became the first Bomanite concrete polisher.  Under a license with Colorado Hardscapes we worked projects together for the next 6 years.

Since then Retroplate has trained us, as well as L&M Concrete, Consolideck, Diamatic, Ardex then Vexcon.  So now AWSP can densify concrete with Lithium, Sodium, and Potassium.

Most recently, AWSP, with on the future, has learned how to "Power Polish".  We have been trained by the only two time International Concrete Polisher of the Year.   We now glide over concrete floors at 18,000 sf per hour.   While doing it with extra 8 times as many diamonds as a conventional grinder.  Those diamonds have 3 times as many diamonds in the matrix.  All part of the program.  Furthermore, the chemicals used to soften, harden, and shine up the concrete are super charged when compared to the products on the market today.

In 2009  AWSP had its all time biggest contract to level floors at the Four Season in Vail for Hyder Construction.  That project allowed AWSP to get the largest self leveling pump in the Rocky Mountain Region.  To this day no rep can cite a bigger pump.  A bigger pump means large jobs can be poured in one setting without stopping and creating cold joints.  Thus, labor prices are better as well.  Furthermore, with 300 lf of hose, we can stay in one place and pump self leveling to the second floor while working on the ground.  We are pumping 215 bags and hour!  Thus, saving time and money.  No one is getting tired and then not mixing the product correctly.  The pump just keeps putting it out.  

To make the leveling better, AWSP has the only tool for cutting set pins so that a floor can be laser perfect.  Tools, training, dedication make us the best.

In 2010 AWSP bought the largest Blastrac shot blaster in the Rocky Mountain Region.  We have a 20d blaster.  AWSP has blasted virtually every parking garge along the Front Range.  When the Auraria parking garage needed re-coating, AWSP was hired to blast it.  It was 450,000 sf.  The 20d did 150,000 sf per week or 30,000 sf a day!  This helps the job move along at a rapid pace.  The speed makes us competitive in pricing.

Now in 2014 AWSP got a riding shot blaster.  We now have really cranked up the productivity.  Three different jobs in 2015 we blasted over 60,000 sf in 9 hours.

In 2010 Ardex was expanding into moisture mitigation as this need was growing.  To apply moisture mitigation the concrete surfaces needs to be shot blasted generally to a CSP 3.  With our 5 shot blasters we were a natural to enter this field.  Furthermore, with our self leveling pump we can encapsulate the mitigation system quickly as well.  Thus, for fast turn around AWSP is your choice.  Since then Dex-O-Tex, Koster, Mapei, and BASF and now TEC  have asked us to install their moisture mitigation systems. 

AWSP has always done thin mil coatings.  Our customers demanded quick turn around.  Thus, we can come in clean the concrete and then immediately coat it before the sun comes up or before it gets dirty.  We got in on the polyaspartic coatings.  These coatings dry in an hour.  So we can do three to four coats in one day!  We generally use this with vinyl chips which gives the floors a wide range of colors and extra durability.

Since we know how to prepare concrete, how to slope concrete we can do a floor like a garage floor with extra features.  We get it so the water flows out the garage door.  We put in wedges in the corners so water does not puddle up.  We fill the control joints for a seamless floor.  We coat the foundation and steps for a functional and beautiful floor.

AWSP does many kinds of Concrete Sealing.  Most of it starts with good surface preparation.  Old concrete needs to be cleaned before it is sealed.  With our many diamond grinders we can meet the needs of our customers.   Because we are contractors we have access  to every major brand of concrete sealers and densifiers on the market.  There is a right one for you.
