Our Story
Our company specializes in epoxy coatings, polished concrete and floor toppings.
Established in 1993, Panther Concrete Restoration, Inc. was originally named Panther Epoxy Injection, because we started as structural crack repair specialists, using pressure epoxy injection. As we expanded the business to include other services, we officially changed the name to Panther Concrete Restoration Inc. in 1994. Since then, the business has steadily grown into a well-respected and prosperous company. We now specialize in structural concrete repairs, concrete polishing and seamless industrial flooring. We have worked hard to earn an excellent reputation for providing quality work, which has led to the majority of our work coming from referrals and repeat customers.
Our mission is to provide long lasting repairs and enhancements to concrete, using time proven methods, appropriate material and experienced technicians. We accomplish our mission by having a low employee turnover rate, which gives us experienced technicians. Our installation staff includes full time employees with benefits, not sub-contracted labor. We have continuing education for our employees through manufacturer schools and seminars, hosted by trade associations.
Panther is a member of ICRI (International Concrete Repair Institute), which sponsors national and local seminars. We also attend numerous safety training seminars and use premier national brand products that have a proven track record.
We are either certified or authorized installers by these leading manufacturers: Chemco Systems, Sika Floor USA, Dur-A-Flex and Tennant. Panther also owns a warehouse full of tools, equipment and a fleet of trucks, so we don't have to rely on rental equipment or sub-contractors. When a Panther crew shows up, they are ready to work and will complete the job regardless of any unforeseen complications.
Finally, integrity is what has been, and always will be, our greatest strength. Every Panther employee is aware that we don't sacrifice quality or safety for any reason.

The key to all successful seamless floor installation is surface preparation. We always recommend shot blasting to clean concrete and create a profile. We then apply an epoxy primer. If moisture is an issue we use moisture mitigating primer. After the primer we apply the base color which has a huge effect on the outcome of the final color. Then the magic happens—metallic powders are mixed into clear epoxy and applied to the floor. Application method and metallic color combinations create the unique look of each floor. Lastly, a final coat of clear UV stable urethane coating is applied to ensure your floor stands up to high traffic and provides lasting beauty.

\r\nConcrete floor grinding is used in the removal of industrial flooring, coatings, glues, mastics, high spots, and other imperfections. Concrete grinding can also be used as surface preparation for coatings or to produce a fine polish with the desired degree of shine and smoothness. Concrete Floor Grinding provides long-term durability and low maintenance cost. Concrete grinding can be used on both interior and exterior concrete surfaces.
Concrete shot blasting is primarily used as surface preparation for installation of industrial floors and coatings. Shot blasting can also be used for adding texture to the floor and/or cleaning concrete.
