Scope Of Work
This retail development houses a 65,000 square foot of supermarket space and approximately 54,000 square feet of retail space. The structure has a pier and slab-on-grade foundation with a steel and CMU structure. This stone facade and clay tile roof provide this supermarket with a Spanish-Mediterranean style design. This store’s amenities include administration areas for managers, clerks, and banking services, full-service pharmacy, produce center, meat market center, bakery center, deli, café with coffee center, floral department, home care needs, dried and canned goods, dairy and catering service center.
