Regal Floor Covering, Inc. was established by Charles Dolinsky, who owned and operated the business until 1981. Ownership was transferred to the current president and owner, Paul T. Silva, in 1981. Paul's son Jordan also joined the company in 1997 and is currently Regal's vice president. For three quarters of a century, Regal Floor Covering has enhanced commercial and residential properties throughout New England. Today, we are one of the largest privately owned flooring companies in New England, with a gorgeous showroom located in Fall River, MA.
