WOODROSE COMPANY, INC. is a Texas Corporation (1986) working as a General Contractor in Renovation and Remodeling construction. Our choice of specialization has allowed us to work on interior renovations, remodel and finish-out of commercial, industrial, municipal and government facilities.

As a general contractor, we coordinate all phases of the work using our own forces and carefully selected subcontractors. We provide an efficient team to create the least disturbance to facility operations during construction.

We purposely pursue markets that demand specialized construction requirements. These include tight schedules, quality work and dependable performance. As a result we have completed renovation projects in office complexes, lease space finish-out, medical facilities, data processing facilities, schools, colleges, military installations, defense plants, city, county, state and federal buildings.

Woodrose believes in and continually works toward a zero accident workplace.

On large projects, we subcontract major trades other than interior carpentry. Examples of which are painting, drywall and ceilings, ceramic tile, flooring mechanical, plumbing, electrical and if required concrete, masonry, metal and roofing repair. Installation of specialized cabinetry and equipment is also subcontracted. All subcontractors are required to provide certificates of insurance to Woodrose Company, Inc. On small projects much, if not all the work is completed in house.

Our company is a certified woman-owned business through the North Central Texas Regional Certification Agency (NCTRCA) and State of Texas Historically Underutilized Business (HUB). 

We hold membership in the Fort Worth Chapter of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC), the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce, the Benbrook Chamber of Commerce.  Woodrose Company, Inc is a BBB Accredited Business and is pledged to settle customer disputes, if any, through an arbitration program operated by the Better Business Bureau of Fort Worth.
