Our Story

Centrally located in Roanoke, Virginia, Roanoke Sprinkler Inc. has been serving central and southwestern Virginia since July 2000.

We specialize in water-based fire protection systems, fire sprinkler and fire suppression systems, detection systems and special hazard systems. Our services include system design, layout, installation/maintenance and fire protection consultation work.

Roanoke Sprinkler’s Vice President, Claude Ratchford, has 39 years of experience in fire protection, including 13 years as a loss prevention specialist with Factory Mutual Engineering. The last 26 years Claude has spent in fire protection design and consulting work. He is NICET IV certified in fire sprinkler design.

John Wilhelm serves as Vice President and brings 45 years of fire sprinkler installation experience to the company.
