Scope Of Work
This facility has been located in Tampa for 50-60 years and is the distribution center for 60 Macy’s department stores in this region. This project was a complete Rehabilitation of the site pavement, concrete storm flume, storm system and retention pond remediation. There was extensive clearing and grubbing of invasive plant materials. The site pavement required full-depth base and asphalt removal, milling of existing asphalt, replacing with new base and asphalt. The project eliminated repeated flooding issues and created additional parking area utilizing the asphalt millings. The project was completed on a critical time path of 2 months transforming this facility for years to come.
