Site Tech Corporation was founded in 1988 by Michael D. Cesaro, President, and Michael J. Donatelli, Vice-President. Prior to starting Site Tech Corporation, both owners had been working for several years in the geotechnical, marine, highway construction, building and structural engineering fields. Together, they have over 75 years of engineering and construction experience. Based on Mr. Cesaro's Native American Ancestry, Site Tech Corporation is classified as a Minority Business Enterprise, (MBE) certified in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.

Since its establishment in 1988, Site Tech Corporation has grown in size and has developed and earned a reputation for providing quality construction work on public and private projects involving site development, shoreline protection, and underground utility installation as well as providing site development packages for General Contractors and site improvement packages for Owners. In recent years, Site Tech Corporation has been heavily involved in projects associated with academic, medical and commercial facilities, working directly for Owners, as well as for General Contractors within the design-build sectors.
