Our Story

Loveland Excavating and Paving, Inc. was founded in 1996 by Matthew J. Brennan with the goal of providing reliable site development services at a competitive price. By successfully developing lasting relationships with our clients, we have enjoyed tremendous success over the past 24 years.  We are proud of the fact that over 80% of our business comes from repeat customers.

From the beginning, we realize that the reason for our success has been our exceptional people. Mr. Brennan knew how important it was to the get the best people in key roles. Our field management staff average over 25 years of site development experience which provides us with a solid managerial framework. These industry veterans lead an outstanding team of operators and laborers, all of whom treat their job as their craft. Pride of workmanship is something we at Loveland Excavating & Paving place a high premium on. Thus, we are able to boast that our rework percentage is below industry standards. We feature an integrated site construction approach to our projects and can turn-key the exterior construction of your project by providing earthwork, underground utilities, asphalt paving and concrete curbs and flatwork.

We are your "go to", single source contractor for all your site development needs. Follow us on Facebook and LinkedIn to see pictures of our current projects and the fantastic employees that make up our firm.
