Our Story

ATS International combines a thorough knowledge of geologic systems including hydrogeology andengineering geology with expertise in geophysical and computer modeling techniques to give you the solutions you need.

We are experts in the use of:

• Electric Resistivity Surveys

• Seismic Surveys

• Spectral Analysis of Surface Waves

• Crosshole Sonic Logging

• Ground Penetrating Radar

• Electromagnetic Induction

• Bedrock Mapping

• Borehole Geology

We will open a window to the world below your project site before you’ve even broken ground.

But, we don’t just supply you with the data. Successful solutions must be based on a thorough scientific andengineering evaluation of the problem. Combined with traditional field data collection methods, ATS’s data interpretation skills provide a greater understanding of subsurface conditions than traditional methods alone can provide. The expertise and experience of ATS personnel allow us to accurately evaluate the data, and we’ll work hand in hand with you to help you identify potential problems and reach the best possible solution.

Traditional sampling methods can provide exact information about a very specific location, which you can then use to make an educated guess concerning the conditions between sample locations. However, in reality you don’t really know what’s even a couple of feet away from your sample site.

Using ATS’s non-destructive methods we can give you the “big picture”; an overview of the conditions underground. It’s a far more useful and cost effective first step that will help direct your efforts and anticipate challenges.

With the data and analysis ATS provides, you can make far better estimates of project cost and time as well as limit costly surprises.

How much information do you wish you had before you begin your project? We can provide the geologic data and analysis you need for any project:

• Depth to Bedrock

• Soil to Rock Ratios

• Landfill Delineation

• Contaminant Plume Mapping

• Subsurface Void Detection

• Detect and Map Fracture Zones in Rock

• Utility Detection

• Evaluation of Concrete Reinforcement

• Evaluation of Concrete Integrity

• Seismic Response Classification according to IBC

• Evaluation of Pavement System Profiles

• Subfloor Void Detection

Test the integrity of:

• Drilled Shafts

• Seal Footings

• Slurry Walls

Detect:

• Buried Drums or Tanks

• Landfills and Trenches

• Archeological Interests

• Fracture Zones
