Mr. Vishev is a Certified Site Safety Manager, OSHA Instructor, and Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) with 30 years of construction experience. He is responsible for the company's day-to-day field operations. Prior to working at Site Safety, Mr. Vishev was Chief Inspector of the B.E.S.T. Squad of the Department of Buildings. In this position, he was responsible for overseeing all new high-rise site-safety projects and demolitions in all five boroughs. He is also a former NYC Chapter President of the American Society of Safety Professionals.

Mr. Vishev worked for Long & Delosa Construction Corp., where he supervised construction projects ranging from hospital emergency suites, medical centers, restaurants and multiple-dwellings. He received his Civil Engineering degree from the Vitebsk's Technological University, his Associate of Applied Science degree in HVAC Technology from Technical Career Institute and advanced studies in Construction Technology from the New York Institute of Design and Construction. He also lectures at Columbia University and Steven's Institute of Technology.

Mr. Amato has over 25 years of experience providing safety consulting on thousands of Major Buildings in New York City (NYC). He is a Certified Site Safety Manager, Federal and Cal-OSHA instructor, and former assistant commissioner at the NYC Department of Buildings. He is a founding member of the Construction Safety Advisory Committee of New York, former NYC Chapter President of the American Society of Safety Professionals, a board member of the Bronx Museum, and a committee member of the charitable organization, Maya's Hope.

In his capacity as a construction safety professional, Mr. Amato testifies as an expert witness and has appeared on Channel 2 News, Fox 5 News, CBS's Inside Edition, the History Channel, the Weather Channel, Today in America, Moving America Forward, and has been quoted by the NY Daily News, Reuters and Dr. Oz. He holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration, is an adjunct professor at New York University, and lectures at California State University.

Bianka Filipowicz is our Director of Business Development. She coordinates services such as operations, new business, training, and liaison to our clients. She participates regularly with the Construction Association of South Florida, ABC East Florida Chapter, and the AGC where she continues to advocate the need for safety. Ms. Filipowicz graduated top of her class from NYIT School of Architecture Technology, and while working full time, completed her Master's Degree in Interior Architecture & Design.

Kristina develops partnerships with new businesses, coordinates safety training classes, manages our administrative operations, and services to our clients.
