With 20 years of experience as a practicing architect, Jen focuses on supporting construction clients through innovative solutions and a collaborative approach to projects. Jennifer implements strategies that support our brand and the client relationship efforts of all market leaders.

Julie’s financial savvy keeps Rockford’s Construction, Development, and Property Management groups solid and stable.

First as legal counsel and then as Chief Operating Officer, Kurt manages risk and builds trust. Now, as Chairman, Kurt provides oversight of both Development and Construction.

With a background in both architecture and construction, Kyle is a Vice President with Rockford, responsible for providing internal direction and market leadership to our trades team.

As Vice President, Michael is able to leverage his passion for building lasting relationships by leading Rockford’s business development efforts and ensuring client satisfaction.

Monica Steimle-App is Rockford Construction’s Vice President of Property Management. As Vice President, Monica manages a team of more than 25 and a real estate portfolio of more than 2.4 million square feet.

Pete builds relationships and ensures client satisfaction, across all markets. He is also champion of Rockford’s innovation program, which delivers new services and processes for our clients.

Tom oversees business operations of Rockford’s full spectrum services. His attention to quality, safety, and efficiency result in high performing teams and exceptional results.

Darren has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry working in 26 different states and 3 countries. His extensive knowledge has proven to be a great asset to Rockford's retail team.

Ken offers a broad range of project management, financial management, and architectural designskills. His experience includes overseeing projects ranging from $25,000 - $35 million, specializing in design/build relationships.

As Director of Development Services, Rachel offers significant real estate experience based on a background of executing acquisitions & dispositions for major corporate clients, managing large and complex real estate portfolios, and overseeing all aspects of real estate transactions, including valuation, client interface, portfolio optimization and long-term strategic planning.

Matt is a business development project executive. Focused primarily on the Southeast region of Michigan, Matthew will be responsible for business development efforts, fostering client relationships, and increasing new business opportunities.
