Our Story

Gramercy Asbestos Consulting Inc. was formed in 1989 with a New York State Asbestos Remediation License. In May of 2000, Vincent Parziale purchased Gramercy Asbestos Consulting and its current New York State Asbestos Remediation License. The name of the company was changed to Gramercy Group Inc. Mr. Parziale serves as President and Chief Executive Officer.

Gramercy’s mission is to become the premier demolition company in the New York Metropolitan area by providing the finest level of timely and comprehensive services to our customers while striving to exceed their expectations. We will provide a safe working environment for all of our employees and maintain a respect for environmental concerns encountered in the performance of our work. We always act with integrity and with the highest degree of professionalism.
