With headquarters in the Santa Cruz Mountains, Cruz Brothers Locators has been one of the most trusted names in the field of subsurface utility surveying since 1989. The Cruz Brothers team has been on the forefront with the Subsurface Utility Engineering Projects (SUE) in California. Our staff is dedicated to providing exceptional service to all of our customers, big or small.

The Cruz Brothers Teams offers a variety of professional services:

  • Detection of sub-surface utilities, including electrical cables, communications cables, irrigation wiring, water lines, gas lines, sanitary sewer lines, storm drain lines, empty conduits.
  • Detection of sub-surface structures such as underground storage tanks, utility vaults, monitoring wells, drain inlets, building foundations, metallic objects.
  • Ground Penetrating Radar

  • Vacuum Extraction of subsurface utilities

The Cruz Brothers team believes that the most important aspect of every job is SAFETY. Our technicians are certified graduates of numerous safety awareness and loss prevention training programs, including the ExxonMobil Loss Prevention System, the Conoco Phillips RM&R Stakeholder Engagement Training, OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER Training and Defensive Driving Training.

Cruz Brothers Locators is a strictly drug-free establishment. All member of the Cruz Brothers team are required to pass a five-panel drug screening every 90 days and are subject to random drug screening at any time.
