Mr. Carter has over 16-years’ experience at PacRim. As a public
speaker and trainer, Mr. Carter has provided hazard awareness
training for asbestos, as well as lead, silica and other regulated
materials to meet the site-specific training and hazard
communication needs of our clients. Mr. Carter has developed,
implemented and supervised employee exposure monitoring programs to
evaluate the potential exposure to regulated airborne contaminants
for compliance with EPA/OSHA standards.
Todd Carter responds to client requests with a direct approach and
can-do attitude. As a consultant, Todd has assisted clients with
nationwide professional consulting services to address issues
including liability reduction and asset management, due diligence,
environmental site assessment, corrective action plan preparation
and management and closure documentation following corrective action
and site remediation.
