PacRim is responsible for “Good Faith” hazardous material surveys on a floor or suite basis, as requested by client for Tenant Improvement (TI). Abatement project design and specification packages are compiled for tenant improvement projects, as needed. This includes active on-site air monitoring in tenant occupied spaces, water testing for lead and legionella, and both indoor air quality and mold assessment and testing. A response time of within four hours is maintained.
